Questions
The ones people actually ask.
What if my landlord never confirms anything?
Your passport still works. A payment you recorded with a transfer receipt attached is Documented, and that is already more than most applicants can show. Confirmation raises it; it is not a requirement.
Who verifies the verifier?
Nobody, and we say so. What we do instead is tell you exactly what was checked for each fact, and publish the checks a confirmation has to pass. We never label something verified because one link was clicked.
Can a landlord search for me?
No. There is no way for a landlord to browse or filter people. They only ever see someone who shared a passport with them.
Is it really free?
Yes, all of it, and there is nothing to upgrade to. This version exists to find out whether it works.
What happens to my data if I leave?
